Heavy Duty Shipping Box
We construct the outer mailer from durable E-flute cardboard to provide strength and reliability during transit. The box features a self-seal adhesive closure and an easy-open tear strip, so you can pack securely without tape or tools.
Clear Barcode Sticker
We include a clear adhesive sticker for attaching your grading submission barcode to the outside of the box, helping meet PSA and other grading company packaging requirements.
20 Semi-Rigid Card Holders
Grading companies rely on semi-rigid holders as the industry standard for submissions. These holders help prevent card movement while allowing graders to safely remove cards without damaging edges or surfaces.
20 Penny Sleeves
Place each card into a penny sleeve before inserting it into a semi-rigid holder. This extra layer protects surfaces and edges from scratches during handling.
Microfiber Cleaning Cloth
Use the included microfiber cloth to gently remove dust, fingerprints, and debris before sleeving your cards. Cleaner cards help reduce the risk of surface-related grading issues.
Card Armor Box
We custom-design the Card Armor Box to hold up to 20 sleeved cards securely. It replaces rubber bands, cardboard stacks, and improvised packing methods while keeping cards aligned and protected.
Protective Foam Insert
High-density EPE foam surrounds the Card Armor Box to absorb impact and reduce movement during transit. The foam resists moisture and helps protect cards during shipping.
Shipping Label & Insurance Details
Choose the prepaid shipping label add-on to receive a UPS label already addressed to your selected grading company.
Each label includes $100 of carrier-provided insurance, with optional additional coverage available up to $5,000. You must submit any insurance claims directly through the InsureShield Claims Portal.
Use the label within 28 days of your kit order date.
Enter the grading company’s recommended UPS receiving address exactly as it should appear on the label. We print and use the address exactly as provided. If UPS cannot validate the address, your order may be delayed. Graders Choice is not responsible for shipments sent to an incorrect address you provide.
We create labels for U.S. origins and destinations only (contiguous U.S. only; no HI or AK).
